Villa Avantgarde is located in Mlini, a Dubrovnik riviera summer resort only 5 miles from Dubrovnik Old City and only 6 miles to the Dubrovnik Airport, located in the area rich in Mediterranean vegetation, beautiful sandy beaches and picturesque surroundings. If you are up for a quiet vacation, with a possibility to enjoy all Dubrovnik events, Mlini is the perfect place for you. The location of Villa Avantgarde is ideal, located just 200 meters from the beach. The bus stop is 100 meters walk from our rooms and apartments with buses going to Dubrovnik every half an hour, the journey takes about 15 minutes (Bus number 10) – the number 10 bus also goes the other way to Cavtat and that takes about 15 minutes too. Inside the villa you have 5 apartments and 3 rooms, designed in unique and colorful styles having all amenities you would usually find in an upscale 4 star hotel. Breakfast is optional. Wifi internet and parking are provided for all of our guests. All of the apartments are equipped with splendid kitchens, balconies, air condition, living rooms and private parking. The rooms here are made for guests having their vacation outdoors, dining in restaurants and enjoying nightlife while the apartments are likely to be reserved by families with children, using the comfort of kitchen amenities and bigger living rooms for a vacation spent with all possibilities like at their home. Our pool is open 24 hours, even during the night! Complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas surround the outdoor swimming pool. The Villa Avantgarde also provides BBQ facilities for all guests.
