Tiny House Kostrena – A Cozy Corner of Peace by the Sea If you’re looking for a place to slow down and recharge, our Tiny House is just that. Located right next to a pine forest, with a private pool and a spacious yard, it’s perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or an evening barbecue under the stars. The beach is a 10–15 minute easy walk or just a few minutes’ drive away. Just a small note — the house is situated on a hill, so the walk back from the beach is uphill. It’s not demanding, but a nice little workout after sunbathing! Along the coast, there’s a 3 km long promenade with cafés and restaurants. Rijeka and the surrounding area offer plenty of day-trip options, but here it’s peaceful enough to forget the crowds. The house accommodates two people and is perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo reset. Pets are welcome and we don’t charge extra for their stay. The yard is fenced, so you don’t have to worry about your furry friend running off. “Tiny House Kostrena” is located next to a green belt of pine forest that invites you to forest and mountain bike trails, while the morning birdsong, the call of deer, and the view of the Kvarner Bay further enhance the feeling of tranquility. We are in a great location — within an hour’s drive you can visit the island of Krk, Gorski Kotar, Istria, Opatija, Crikvenica, and other beautiful places worth exploring. Rijeka is just ten minutes away by car, and the airport about 30 minutes — a perfectly connected spot to escape everyday life. We’re your neighbors, as the house is connected to our family home — discreet but always available — and we look forward to welcoming you. PAYMENT & BOOKING TERMS Reservation Confirmation • A reservation is confirmed by paying a 30% advance of the total price. • The advance is paid to the owner’s account, and the remaining amount is due before arrival or upon arrival. • After the advance payment, you will receive an official booking confirmation. Cancellation Policy • Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. • If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the full reservation amount will be charged. • In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
