Beautifull 3 bedroom, 3 bath house. All rooms have an air conditioning unit. Big terrace with covered bbq area. Amazing views of the whole Kvarner bay and it's islands. Big swimming pool(42sqm). Pets welcome for an additional charge of 7 euros per night. Parking for 4 cars. Very private position. Šmrika is a quite village with 2 small grocery stores, 3 bars, fast food place and a great restaurant with homemade food and very affordable prices. Big supermarkets located in nearby Crikvenica.

The view took our breath away every single day – the sparkling sea in the distance, the serenity of the surroundings We spent hours by the pool, soaking in the sun and simply enjoying the moment. Our two dogs were welcomed with open arms and enjoyed the space just as much as we did, which meant the world to us. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was our wonderful host, Gianna. She is the heart and soul of this place – warm, kind, generous, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality went far beyond our expectations, and her personal touch made us feel not like guests, but like cherished friends. This home is a hidden gem, a perfect retreat for families.
