The house is in the center of Kornic, 1km from the beach Dunat where there are entertainment facilities, restaurant and cafe, ski lift, beach volleyball, and the possibility of renting a boat. 3km from the place is the famous marina Punat and the town of Punat, and to the west 6km is the largest place on the island of Krk, the town of Krk, with many tourist and gastronomic facilities. In the village Kornić is a cafe and shop (100m from the house), as well as a seasonal restaurant MAREA (50m from the house). In the village there is a post office, beauty salon, bakery, and 2km north of Lakmartin is the farm OPG MAGRIŽ.
