Newly renovated apartment in Mali Lošinj, consisting of two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and terrace overlooking the sea. In the apartment you have bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, disinfectants ... from the device you have a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, stove water, mixer, stick mixer, filter coffee machine (on request). The apartment is located 50 m from the sea and 150 m from the first beaches, and 5 minutes from the city center by car or 10 minutes on foot. You have free parking within the building, air conditioning and wi fi, TV, barbecue in the yard. The location of the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood of about 15 houses in the suburbs of Mali Lošinj and allows you to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea and the crickets. If you are not a fan of lying all day on a beach full of people, this is the right location for you. For all those who like to jump in the sea, right "under" the house, 50 m away, you have built-in climbers to enter and exit the sea, and you can sunbathe on the meadow. A little further, only 150 m from the house there is a small pebble beach for those who do not like sudden entry into the sea. If you want to be crowded, in just 3-5 minutes by car you will reach the beautiful beaches of Lošinj Čikat, Sunčana uvala, Artatore, Valdarke, Kovčanje, Zlatna uvala. Within walking distance 500m - 1.5 km you have restaurants and cafes, city center, Apoxyomenos Museum. You must not leave without visiting the themed lookout point of Providence, which offers a beautiful view of the Lošinj archipelago.

Ferienwohnung Appartement Ruby

Wir waren vom 15.-24.09.2023 im Appartementhaus Ruby auf Mali Losinj. Die Wohnung war tip top sauber, sehr gepflegt und hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünscht. Der Zugang zum Meer war von der Wohnung aus möglich. Die Besitzer Emanuela und Alan, sowie „die Oma“ waren super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Die Lange`s
