Centrally-located place in one of the loveliest towns on the Adriatic, with only a few steps to the sea, marketplace and bars. 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies and a porch will enable alone space even for a larger group of guests. A bathroom and a separate toilet. Recently renovated with new furniture. Since the apartment extends over the entire top floor, it offers owesome views of the city and the sea. 70m from the promenade by the sea and 50 m from the old town. Close to the children's playground and the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies and a spacious living/dinning room. Living room includes extendable table for 6-8 people and a sofa. Both main bedrooms have comfortable king size boxspring beds, while the third bedroom includes a large bunkbed (2x 120x200cm) that can accomodate up to 4 kids. The kitchen is fully equipt with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and various other appliances. The bathroom includes a bath/shower. There is a second toilet in the apartment, too. Amenities for a baby (baby chair, cot and a lounger) free of charge. A small desk and free wifi are available. Air-conditioning and TV. Decorated in a seaside style, bright and fresh. The apartment is perfect for 2 families with total of 4 kids, i.e. 8 people. 2 more people can sleep on the sofa in the living room. The kitchen is separated, so the appliances won't disturb you during the night. High hygiene standards, detailed professional cleaning before the arrival of new guests, towels and sheets are washed on 90 degrees and pressed to assure pleasant and comfortable stay. We had a perfect stay at Apartment Vita. Super clean, with all the amenities we needed. Only 5 minutes from the sea and a few minutes from cafes and restaurants. There are a couple grocery stores with a 5 minute walk as well. The location is also within a short walking distance of the old part of Lovran with charming old houses full of narrow passageways. The apartment was just as described. Highly recommend!
