Comfortably and tastefully designed, it offers privacy and proximity to the sea. At only ten meters from the harbor and walking distance from the first beaches of Novljan (Sprogod beach 200 m), the studio is the ideal base for your stay on the Novljan Riviera. The studio is located on the first floor of a new building at Mel 11. The building has an elevator and two entrances. It is possible to enter the apartment independently (self-check-in) at the time that suits you best, with the entrance using a unique code. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a covered terrace - loggia from which you can enjoy a partial view of the sea and harbor. One parking space is secured in front of the building in the parking lot under the ramp. The 30 m2 apartment consists of a bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a well-equipped small kitchen.

Odličan novi moderan apartman
Boravili smo 4 noći, i kao privatni iznajmljivači mogu reći samo najbolje. Jako dobra pozicija, blizu marine i Lidla, more i šetnice ispred zgrade, sve na noge. Veliki plus je besplatni parking. Apartman je uredan i moderno namješten. Vlasnicu nismo osobno vidjeli, ali je komunikacija bila dobra. Preporučili bi svima koji vole vinodolski kraj. Posjetili smo vinariju Pavlomir i popili kavu u obližnjem kafiću u marini Novi.
