Villa Teresa Kvarner Bay, Croatia One step to the sea, two steps to the snow 220 meters above the Adriatic Sea with a view of the islands of Krk and Cres lies the beautiful village of Donji Zagon with only 150 inhabitants near the small town of Novi Vinodolski. At the end of the village is Villa Theresa in a garden of 1000sqm with heated POOL, SAUNA and heated WHIRLPOOL. It is only 5 minutes to the Adriatic Sea and - hard to believe - only an hour and you can go skiing in Platak, for example. A YEAR ROUND HOLIDAY HOUSE You can rent the whole house all to yourself The house consists of two large apartments (each 78 square meters), which you can use separately or together through a common staircase. Ideal for large families or if you want to holiday with a family friend. Each apartment has a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a sitting area and a bathroom, as well as a large balcony with a large table and chairs. On the 1st floor with a summer kitchen. Each bedroom has space for 2 people, in addition there is a sofa bed for 2 people in each living room. And in the basement is an extra bedroom for 2 people. A maximum of 10 people (apart from cots) is therefore possible. There is a heated POOL and a heated WHIRLPOOL on the lower terrace and a SAUNA in the basement. In the garden there is a BBQ with dining area. There are three parking spaces for cars with a charging station for e-cars on the premises of the house.
