For larger groups, there is a possibility to rent an auxiliary house (apartment) for another 2+1 persons. Villa Ella is a renovated traditional Istrian house with thick stone walls. The villa in the main house has 5 bedrooms, 2 flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, a washer and dryer, 3 bathrooms with bathtub, and 2 outdoor showers. The villa is equipped with free wireless internet access and air conditioners on each floor. Villa Ella guarantees guests complete privacy and distance from neighbors, and therefore absolute peace and safe vacation in the circle of family and/or friends. Around the villa is a beautiful large green garden of 1700 m2 which is fenced. Pets are therefore welcome if they do not enter the bedrooms. In the garden, there are native fruit trees that are free to try, a children's playground, a trampoline and a pool table, so everything is ideally prepared for the stay of families with children. In the garden there is also a large, additionally heated swimming pool that can be covered and used in the off-season. On the large terrace there is a large fireplace and all the equipment for the barbecue. as well as sunbeds. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, but not inside. As the Villa is located above Opatija, a light breeze blows during the night, which enables a peaceful and pleasant sleep, so using the air conditioner at night is not even necessary. There is a fenced parking lot for up to 3 cars in the courtyard of the Villa. Villa Ella is about 800 meters from the first beach. Look on Google: Crnkovica beach in Volosko. It is about 1.5 km to the center of Opatija. A grocery store is only 150 m away, and the first restaurant is only 200 m from the accommodation. The city of Rijeka is 14 km away. The nearest airport is Rijeka Airport, 25 km from the accommodation. The bus stop for the center is right in front of the entrance to the courtyard of the Villa. It is possible to organize a transfer from and to the airport. It is possible to rent a boat and organize excursions and sports activities. There is also the possibility of organizing the delivery of food and meals. Accommodation can be booked for a minimum of 7 days during the high season, and 5 days during the off-season. The separate apartment can be rented separately in the off-season. The rental price for direct booking through the Apartmani.info portal is at least 15% lower than the price on web portals (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)! Please note, this is not a Party house, this is our family summer house and it is intended for the accommodation of other families with children when we are not using it!
