Family house with three accommodation units, two for you, our Guests, and one in which we are a guarantee of a peaceful holiday with plenty of space for an undisturbed vacation. The interior of the apartments was decorated using only the best from our years of experience in furnishing various hotels and apartments. Wanting to provide the utmost comfort in vacationing, in the bedrooms are Boxspring beds which can usually be found in 4 and 5 star hotels. The kitchens have large refrigerators, freezers, espresso coffee makers, water heaters, dishwashers and everything else you might need for cooking. The bathrooms have walk-in showers, wash basins and plenty of hot water whose temperature you can regulate yourself. In the living room there is a sofa bed for comfortable sleeping, TV with plenty of interesting programs and Wi-Fi. A barbecue is available in the courtyard and each apartment has 2 terraces that exit from the bedrooms or from the living room. Parking is within the facility so your vehicle is in a safe place only 20 meters from you. All our guests are invited to a free ride on our speedboat around Primošten and a deal is possible for water skiing. Our guests have at their disposal a sauna, jacuzzi and fitness equipment for exercise, and for a pleasant day and evening, the apartments have wine fridges with wine and espresso machines with coffee for waking up in the morning, of course, all of this free of charge. Cycling enthusiasts can ride a bike around Primošten or go for a ride on one of the dozen trails through vineyards and olive groves. The grill is in the yard, and if you need help getting fish and meat, we are here for you, we want your stay with us to remain an unforgettable memory. . They will welcome you as guests and see you off as friends. We are within 5 minutes walking distance to the centre and the beach, close enough but also far enough away so you don't feel and hear the noise of Primošten visitors. You could say that Primošten itself is divided into two zones, a tourist zone which is located by the sea and a promenade, where life lasts until late in the night, and a residential part where peace and quiet dominate. Our nearest neighbors are about 40 meters from us and in the evening you can enjoy the sounds of cricket crickets and gaze the stars above you. Nearby, few minutes away is a bakery, a grocery store, and a large shopping center Tommy is within 5 minutes of drive from us.

All our guests are invited to a free ride on our speedboat around Primošten and a deal is possible for water skiing.This summer there will be a free for use e-bikes for short trip to market or beach, which is within 5 minutes walk or second with e-bike. We , Vesna and me, are a couple in our early 60s, we love good food and we are happy to share our culinary and grill delicacies with our guests. With good food you will also have the opportunity to drink a glass of good wine and homemade bitters. For lovers of baking bell we are happy to prepare either octopus or meat under a baking bell. We ride a motorcycle and bikers are gladly seen guests but also guests with cars are welcome. We will gladly show you the surroundings of Primošten and Šibenik, take you to Visovac or take a day trip to Saint Jura on the top of Biokovo which, 1750 meters above the sea, offers an unforgettable view of Central Dalmatia and the islands. A few kilometers from us is a fish and shellfish farm, we will gladly provide our guests with what you need and help with the grill or prepare you fresh fish and shellfish. On the other hand, if you want to enjoy peace and solitude, just let us know and you will not even notice that we are here. We have pets, two beautiful Bichon Havanezers and one cat who are house guards and who love to meet and socialize with our guests.
