Welcome to Rab, an island of diversity, mild Mediterranean climate that offers many opportunities for a perfect vacation, not only in summer but also during spring and autumn. The house is located in a quiet place, overlooking the sea, surrounded by greenery in the olive grove. It is ideal for people who love peace and privacy, as well as for people who like to spend their holidays actively. In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can hike, walk in the woods, ride a bike ... The house has two studio apartments with separate entrances. One of 28m.quad. A1 (2 + 1 extra bed) with a larger terrace on the ground floor and another of 37 m2. (2 + 3 extra beds) on the first floor with balcony. Distance from the beach is 1500 meters, about 5 minutes. by car.
