This family home is located in Lopar near (300 m) along the beach. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the sea. The house has five apartments with balconies, beautiful garden and overlooking the beach which is only 300 m from the apartment. Distance from center of Lopar and sports facilities is 200 m, while distance from store is 200 m and restaurant is 50 m. Lopar is located on the northern coast of the island Rab 14 km from the town Rab. Here the people live from tourism, agriculture and raising sheep, and with a ferry line are associated with Valbiska place on the island Krk. The main economic activities of the local population include tourism, agriculture, stockbreeding and fishery. Lopar is surrounded by numerous islands and islets, notably Goli otok, Grgur, Lukovac and Školjic. A hundred years of tourist tradition in Lopar and significant investments into tourism, the island’s pristine nature and valuable cultural and historical heritage, as well as the many prizes the island of Lopar has been winning for years, are a guarantee of a supreme quality vacation. In 2003, Lopar was awarded the “Blue Sail” award, awarded to the best small town in the Kvarner region.
