Accommodation description
Our house is about 70-80m away from the sea, has 3 apartments. The apartments are different sizes - for 6 people, for 4 people or for 2 people. They are fully equipped. WiFi is free of charge. SAT-TV, air conditioning, large pool, private parking, outdoor grill. Each apartment has its own entrance, its own veranda, or terrace with sea view or garden view. We are happy to be at your service for any additional information!

Villa Ruic - Beautiful stay & wonderful owners
As a family if 4 (2 adults + 2 children), we stayed in the large apartment for 3 weeks. Such a beautiful view! It is very quiet in the evenings and during the morning and day you can sit on the swing on your large terrace with your coffee and watch the ferry, as well as all the activities on the beach. The owners are wonderfully hospitable, always checking to make sure we were happy with the accommodations. Marija made us some desserts a few times as well, which the children enjoyed. The inground pool was gorgeous (with an outdoor shower) that was cleaned daily. The owners take great pride in their home and keeping it looking beautiful! They have their own private driveway and just a one minute walk down to the beautiful Banje Bay beach. Walking to the ferry is quick & easy if you want to spend the day in Split. Just a 10-minute walk. Also there by the ferry is a small shop, restaurant/Cafe, plus gas station. That Cafe has the best pizza on the island!
