The neighborhood is calm and friendly and it is perfect for families with children. Restaurants, bars and grocery stores are 2-3 minutes away on foot. It is equipped with A/C (in both bedrooms), wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and smart TV. All the good dogs and other pets are welcome free of charge.
