Marina is a small town located in the bay and is also the seat of the municipality. It has around 1,000 inhabitants, while the whole municipality, which includes Poljice, Sevid, Vinišće, and Zagora has about 5000 inhabitants. Marina is located on the Adriatic highway (D8, E65), and today it is a tourist resort with a marina, many beaches in the shade of olive and pine trees.
